The Roommatik M-102 kiosk is especially suited for applications requiring access control with proximity card issuance and payment by credit card.

Guests can register at the self check-in kiosk, where they obtain their key. They verify their identity, settle any pending payments, and then collect their key for access.

For ticket or service sales

Users can retrieve their entry tickets or request services and make payments at the Roommatik terminal. It can function solely for these purposes or be combined with the check-in process.

STRUCTURE: LACQUERED STEEL

The structure of this self check-in kiosk model is crafted with 2 mm thick lacquered steel, ensuring robustness and durability. The M-102 is designed for both indoor and outdoor installation, whether wall-mounted or recessed.

We offer the option to customize the kiosk in your chosen color. Additionally, many of our clients opt for personalized vinyl designs, allowing them to visually incorporate their brand identity into the unit.

COMPATIBLE DEVICES

This kiosk is designed to allow for the inclusion of all or some compatible components. When a component is not installed, the slot is covered with a cap to allow for future installation. In this kiosk model, the following components are optional:

QR CODE READER

Useful for locating a reservation or for identification, depending on the application.

ID SCANNER

Recognizes international documents, passports, driver’s licenses, and others.

KEY ISSUANCE

Can dispense proximity cards or digital keys on mobile devices (Bluetooth).

Camera

Can be used to photograph the user, enhancing security.

CARD PAYMENT

Bank card payment, including contactless module.

SOFTWARE – THE USER APPLICATION

We have applications that are fully developed and configurable for various projects, such as guest check-in and check-out in tourist establishments, visitor control in buildings, and access control with temperature measurement.

Our applications are developed in web format, designed to ensure that users interact with the interface intuitively. Additionally, we offer image, color, and text customization options to align our machines with the aesthetics of the business where they are installed.

We offer online product demonstrations. It’s very easy; we simply schedule a time based on your availability and connect via a video call program like Meet, Zoom, Skype, or others.
