ROOMMATIK ECOHOW DOES THE INTEGRATION WITH THE PMS WORK?
Roommatik acts as an additional receptionist. By integrating with your PMS, we completely automate the process:
- We retrieve real-time reservation data from the PMS for guests with prior bookings.
- We display availability and prices to walk-in guests, those without prior reservations.
- We collect identification and signature from each guest upon their arrival at the hotel.
- We process any outstanding payment amount.
- We send all data to the PMS in real time.
CAN I USE A ROOMMATIK KIOSK IF MY PMS IS NOT INTEGRATED?
If your PMS is not currently integrated with Roommatik, we will endeavour to develop the integration seamlessly. Our skilled technicians will collaborate with your PMS to explore the available integration options.
Should it prove impossible to implement the integration, rest assured that you can still utilize the check-in kiosk through our user-friendly My Roommatik backoffice.
With My Roommatik, you gain the flexibility to configure reservations that require management through the check-in kiosk, allowing your guests to seamlessly utilize it upon their arrival.
For added convenience, we will furnish you with the check-in data, enabling you to manually input it into your PMS at a later time.
